Joy Frestedt, PhD, CCTI, RAC, FRAPS

President and CEO

Resume

Dr. Frestedt has managed clinical research, regulatory affairs, and quality systems for more than 35 years and has published more than 100 manuscripts, book chapters and, recently, her first book entitled “Warning Letters: 2016 Reference Guide” with Barnett International. With a PhD in Pathobiology from the University of Minnesota Medical School, her experience includes designing, conducting and overseeing clinical trials as well as negotiating regulatory submissions and developing quality systems for companies like the University of Minnesota, Orphan Medical, Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, Johnson and Johnson, Medtronic, and Mayo Clinical Trial Services. Dr. Frestedt also founded Frestedt Incorporated in 2008 and was named one of the “100 Most Inspiring People in the Life Sciences Industry” (PharmaVOICE, 2011) and one of the top 25 “Industry Leaders/Women in Business” (Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, 2011).

Pamela Wolfe, MBA, MS, CCRP

Director, CRQE

With over ten years of experience in clinical trials, quality management systems, regulatory affairs, project management and operations; Pamela is an in integral part of the variety of work that takes place at Frestedt Inc. / Alimentix. Pamela received her MS from Clemson University, her MBA from the University Of Minnesota- Carlson School Of Management, is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) with the Society of Clinical Research Professionals (SoCRA) and serves on the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Board of Directors as the Minnesota Chapter Vice President.

 

Lindsay Young, PhD, MBA

CRQ Specialist

Resume

Lindsay leads clinical, regulatory and quality projects including clinical evaluation report writing. She received her BA in Biology from the University of Montana- Missoula, her MBA from the University of St. Thomas and her PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities.

 

Paxia Her

CRQ Specialist

Paxia specializes in clinical, regulatory and quality projects encompassing pharmaceuticals/biologics, medical devices/in vitro diagnostics and food, food ingredients, dietary supplements and natural products. She received her BS in Kinesiology, her MS/MPH in Regulatory Toxicology and Risk Assessment from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and is a Certified Phlebotomist (CPT).

 

Matt Kerschinske

Biomedical Engineer

Matt assists in the research, design, development and implementation of concepts to advance medical products and the management of engineering and clinical concepts to support product approvals. He received his BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota- Institute of Technology in 2017.
